- The machine is easy to operate, with its gravity fed infeed chute, allowing production slicing of product in quantities of up to 200 loaves per hour.
- Speed is of course dependent on condition of the machine, the sharpness of its knives, and the texture of the actual product being sliced. Its design will provide years of efficient, trouble-free operation requiring a minimum of maintenance.
