WARRANTY WITH USED EQUIPMENT


Sinco Food Equipment presents you full refurbished, tested used equipment.
But still we want you to remember that a used equipment is not the same with a brand new one.

For a period of 30 days starting from the date of the initial purchase, Sinco Food Equipment ensures that used equipment will operate as intended under regular use.
Altough, parts may be missing and we are not responsable for that.

We are selling what we received from other sellers, so you should consider that too before buying a used equipment.

We are doing our best to upload every angle photos of used equipment.
Please remember that whatever you see on pictures, you are buying that.

WARRANTY WITH BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT


Any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, or liquidated damages or losses (including but not limited to loss of use, income, profit, or production, spoilage, or increased cost of operation) resulting from the installation, use, or maintenance of the equipment are not the responsibility of Sinco Food Equipment.

Sinco Food Equipment is not responsible for any damages caused by the equipment's malfunction or inability to operate.

No other guarantees, either expressed or implied, are made by Sinco Food Equipment regarding anything, not even the state of the equipment, its suitability for a particular use, or its ability to be sold.

All guarantees, unless otherwise specified, are superseded by a manufacturer's warranty.

In the product listings from the manufacturers and/or on each of the individual manufacturers' websites, warranty information for certain goods is available.In no event may Sinco Food Equipment be liable for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any products, including but not limited to accidental injuries, wrongful deaths, property damage, or other damages.

Products that have been mistreated, abused, or altered in any way are not covered by warranties. Manufacturer's warranties also exclude normal wear and tear.
