- The Ikon IMG-12 is a 12 inch wide gas griddle with manual controls. It can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane.
- The cabinet is completely constructed of stainless steel, and the sides are double wall insulated.
- For ample ventilation the flue is placed on the back of the unit, and the grease trough is a standard 4 inches wide for spatulas.
- Both the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, and the entire machine sits on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet.
- It has one burner, which is "U" shaped and provides even heat distribution. The burner has an output of 30,000 BTU.
- The machine is fully serviceable from the front and the front edge remains cool to the touch.
