• The Hobart AM16VLT-BAS-4 Ventless Tall 27 Inch Opening Single Tank Commercial Dishwasher High Temp Sanitizing 480 Volts 3 Phase includes a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) included that will wash up to 45 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well.
• This dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.
• The dishwasher features ventless operation that condenses steam and eliminates the need for a vent hood.
• The Advansys system captures water vapor from the wash and rinse cycles instead of venting it and condenses that steam while it is still in the wash chamber to pre-heat incoming cold water for the final rinse cycle.
