Product Features
- Every Hobart Legacy mixer features Hobart’s Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that gives them the power to house a number of industry leading technologies that make the mixer more efficient and reliable than ever.
- Soft start agitation technology provides a soft transition when switching to higher speeds while mixing.
- This helps limit the likelihood of product splashing out of the bowl and onto the floor, causing unnecessary messes and wasting ingredients.
- This 140-quart mixer comes with a 20-minute SmartTimer function that allows you to be even more precise with all your recipes.
- The timer includes a built in Automatic Time Recall that remembers the last time you selected for each speed, making it incredibly easy to maintain perfect accuracy while mixing up multiple batches of the same product.
