• This slicer boasts plenty of safety features, including a zero-exposure knife design and a no volt release system that requires the slicer be restarted if the power fails.
• It also includes a home to start mechanism that prevents the machine from running when not in a start position, and an auto-off feature that turns the unit off after 30 seconds not in use.
• The close-to-stop feature turns off the slicer automatically when the gauge plate is closed, and the gauge plate interlock will prevent removal of the carriage arm unless the plate is closed and the machine is in home position.
