- The Axis AX-824H convection oven comes in 3 different models. All three models can hold four full-size pans, but it comes with some other options:
- The AX-824RH has humidity, and the AX-824RHD has humidity and a reversible fan; and the AX-824RHD-EV has humidity, a reversible fan, and digital controls. While the models are mostly similar, they do have some different features from one another. Please see the spec sheets for full details on the model you're interested in.
