- The Axis AX-IB550 is a commercial-grade immersion blender, which comes with 2 interchangeable stainless steel shafts: 14- and 18-inch, both with bells. The powerful 0.8 horsepower and 550-watt motor is double-insulated and has a cooling system to prevent overheating.
- The blender's whisk RPM is 1,900 and its blender RPM is 14,500. The working capacity is 100 liters (25 gallons). The handle is ergonomic and has a rubber cover, making the unit easy to grasp. The blender has a quick coupling system too.
- To prevent unintentional activation, the IB550 model has a push-button safety system. The blender's attachments are easy to remove, using the included tool, and are also dishwasher-safe. The rods are also removable. Plus, the IB550 comes with a stainless steel whisk.
