• The Cleveland HAMKGL100-T gas fired mixer steam kettle has solid state temperature controls of + / - 1° for perfect simmering. Safely mix foods without having to reach into the hot kettle.
• The infinitely variable sweep and fold scraper is bayonet mounted and the scraper shaft has gallon markings stamped right into it. The scraper completely scrapes the sides of the kettle so the product is fully blended and contains several safety features such as a device to prevent high speed starts and an automatic scraper shut off when the bridge is lifted.
• The Cleveland HA-MKGL-100-T has a 2/3 self contained steam jacket which is permanently filled with treated water so venting and / or refilling is not required.
• The 2/3 steam jacket is perfect for even temperatures, fast heat up and recovery and your foods won't scorch or burn like they often do in stockpots.
• The kettle and supports are made from type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish. Cleveland's HAMKGL100T tilting mixer kettle comes standard with a spring assisted domed cover, 3" butterfly valve and water fill faucet with swing spout for hot and cold water.
• This unit is shown with an optional power tilt. The agitator drive requires a 208/60/3 electrical connection.
