  • To save floorspace while accommodating expansive menus, the Sierra Range SR-6B-24G-60 range combo features six burners, a griddle, and two ovens. Each burner outputs 25,000 BTU and features a 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grate that efficiently transmits heat and lets operators smoothly move pans across the top section.
  • To ease cleaning, deflectors guide grease and debris into the removable crumb/drip pan.
  • Operators can set heat levels with the orange-paint-injected aluminum knobs, and to enhance safety and provide a convenient plating area, the range's front features a landing ledge.
  • For lasting durability and rust and corrosion resistance, its front and sides are stainless steel.
  • A 24-inch-wide griddle is integrated on the other side of the top cooking area, and its pilots can be accessed from the front panel for quick ignition. The 3⁄4-inch-thick polished carbon steel working griddle plate heats quickly and retains heat to accommodate consecutive use.
  • For even heat distribution, an enameled griddle burner is positioned every 12 inches beneath the plate.
