- The Axis AX-513 convection oven comes in 3 different models. All three models can hold three 1/2-size pans, but it comes with some other options:
- The AX-513 is the standard model; the AX-513RH has humidity; and the AX-513RHD has humidity, digital controls, and a reversible fan. While the models are mostly similar, they do have some different features from one another. Please see the spec sheets for full details on the model you're interested in.
